Power-BI lets you use custom SQL. Power-BI lets you create parameters. Power-BI does *not* give you a neat solution for using those parameters in your custom SQL. You may have seen some dodgy, half-baked solutions that make it impossible to cut and paste your code between Power-BI and a SQL editor. This is not one of them.
