how rap music influences the youth

Rap is all about guns, violence, gangs. etc. Which inst good or healthy at all for kids under 18. Im not sure what is influencing young teens to be doing bad stuff lately but it looks to me that rap might just be an issue. Dont get me wrong I love rap, I just dont love why every rapper has to flex their life. Songs now are just talking about how they are so rich and how they are doing so much better then us [ the listeners ] financially. And when young teens listen to songs all about these topics they start to spark ideas. I wish I could find a rapper who just raps about how they really feel instead of what society wants them to say. One of the greatest rappers of our generation is Post Malone. His real name is Austin but he got the name “Post Malone” from a online rap name generator website. I think its stupid but also very funny at the same time. He is a modern day rock star. He knows how to play almost every instrument and his shows he always plays his own guitar solos. He did have a show in K.C last year. But Post is the only rapper that raps about real life things not just gang stuff. One of my sources stated “ they might think that it is okay to become intimate with whoever they desire, regardless of the number of people”. Kids want to be somebody they cant be.
