ACS Presentation Looks at MVC Mortality Rate in Children

According to research presented during the 2018 American College of Surgeons Clinical Congress, the survival rate among children who suffer serious injuries in motor vehicle collisions can vary wildly from one county to another depending on response times and how close they are to trauma centers. This is the first study to look at motor vehicle collision injury data in children on a localized level.
