Divorce is indeed a tragic crisis that hits a family psychologically or sociological. Many psychologists say that it is just like going through bereavement. The aggrieved party will go through a lot of stages such as denial, anger, and loneliness. In most cases, a depression follows and some develop suicidal tendencies. However, others develop an attitude of revenge that may resort in harming the spouse.

Meanwhile, divorce greatly affects children, especially when it turns chaotic. They tend to become negative towards relationships especially when they see parents often fight and disagree on things such a financial support and child custody. Effects to children on divorce may not be seen on them until they reach adolescence. Children who came from divorced families also show higher divorce rates in their own lives. There is a lot of influence on the kind of environment they had. This will cause them to a lot of negative feelings such a difficulty in communicating their feelings, difficulty to forgive others, insecurity and sometimes episodes of depression.
