In the month of September 2018, we took a holistic view on our organization and we immediately saw a problem- We did not have a vision and a strategic goal on where we want our company to head. We were operating our business without a purpose. Without a why. We were just selling everything we could sell to everyone that was willing to buy. “What do we want to be known for” was a statement lingering on our heads.

So we stripped down our business model and processes. Stark naked. Tech Mechanics Digital Creatives needed to be dressed up again. With a clear purpose and focus.

And for the first time Tech Mechanics Digital Creatives has a vision. It took a long time and a lot of soul searching but we finally nailed on what we want to achieve. Our purpose for being in business and our why.

Over the years, we have helped small and medium companies with our technological solutions, but we have always had a special consideration for one particular industry-The construction industry. For a long time, the founder, Tom Muriuki always felt that the company’s solutions would impact the construction sector immensely.

Therefore, going forward, Tech Mechanics Digital Creatives will focus its effort only in the construction industry- that is contractors, developers, real estate agents, architects, engineers, construction specialists and other organizations that are involved in the construction sector.

Our vision is to make organizations in the construction industry successful by offering them innovative, world class digital products and solutions.
