Why You Should Start Learning eBay ASAP!

Most of you have probably heard about eBay. This popular online marketplace has over 167 million active users. Sellers accounts are absolutely free to make so anyone can become a seller! But I’m not here to give you the history of eBay, I’m here to tell you why you should starting learning to sell on eBay.

This article is for you side hustlers out there, but mainly for those with a little bit of extra time out there. Ebay is a key part of a reseller’s necessary start up. This is a huge marketplace that has millions of potential buyers. If your item is currently hot in the resell markets, eBay is your go to site.

Ebay has a rating/review system for each account, this usually make’s a seller look more trustworthy for in some cases not. By either buying or selling you can get a review. If you make the process (as a seller) painless and with good communication for the buyer, ask them for a review and hopefully it will be a positive one and vice versa. I cannot stress this enough, a 100% positive feedback is SO important. Especially as you get more and more reviews, this looks so good and more buyers will be more inclined to buy from you.

As a seller, be wary of scammers. There are many out there which is why your account also get’s a buyers side of reviews. People who contact you with zero reviews and asking you to email or call them, AVOID IT! Those are scams, people won’t ask you to email or call them, buyers will buy your item through email because that way they are also protected.

Now let’s talk about why you should start using eBay. If you have some extra time, especially now that many are in quarantine, you can find some old stuff to sell on eBay. Look through your attic, or closet and you’re bound to find some old stuff. List them on eBay for a reasonable price and you’ll make a little side cash for not too much work!
