My son spent hours trying to solve this puzzle. He became a problem solver at the age of one. He did it with one simple statement.
As he attempted to put the square block into the circular hole, I would say, “Try another way”. Sometimes he would choose a different block. Other times he would try a different hole.
What would our world be like if everyone approached a problem with this playful mindset? When your solution doesn’t work out, try another way. It may take several attempts and perhaps someone to help guide you. Put the solution could be one try away.
