You may hate this article because it is one of my 5 minute articles. Actually this is my second one. Actually I think i am going to give myself 7 minutes just like the previous article. Maybe you may hate me less as the article has a bit more you can read..maybe..oops..thats 2 minutes already. But you want honesty right?

Ok so where are we?

I want to write about my anger. It is actually a problem I want to overcome. I notice my brain gets me angry for bad reasons. It assumes the worst in people. If I dont think anyone is intentionally wanting to get me angry, I am fine.

On hindsight, I think my anger started when my instruction to someone was not adhered to, even though I have repeteated it twice. It is actually not intentional, that person just misunderstood.

P.S. If you read this and you say to yourself you can do better in 5 or 7 minutes I used up, you are probably right. I am using my mobile phone and the Medium app to write this article. Not exactly very efficient.

P.P.S. I am not usually an angry person, but after conquering my anxiety, this is one I want to conquer.
