UK Set To Launch First Vegan Hotel In Scotland
Everything in the hotel, right from the bedding and the toiletries all the way to the cleaning products, everything has been designed to create a luxurious experience for ethical travellers. The entire hotel is completely free from animal products. Ecotricity, a green energy company that is vegan-certified is responsible for completely powering the hotel.
Jack McLaren-Stewart, the hotel’s Head of Lifestyle explained the philosophy of the hotel and what it has set out to achieve.
The hotel will also have the area’s first cocktail bar, Faodil, inspired by the Scottish Highlands. It will host wine and spirits tastings as well as cocktail masterclasses.
Co-founder and C.E.O, Sandra McLaren- Stewart said,
The kitchen will use ingredients either sourced from the hotel’s vegetable patch or from independent local suppliers. It will also be partnering with celebrated vegan chefs from all over the country for one-off dining experiences.
This pet-friendly hotel welcomes dogs, so you can take bring your canine companion along for your vacation! The hotel is accepting reservations and will officially launch on 15 June.
